Web Design
I have been designing, coding, and managing websites since 2005. The majority of my clients are organizations under 100 employees without an experienced web designer on staff. I work with clients operating in the non-profit and small business sectors.
In 2006 I was invited to speak at the HRSA Ryan White All Titles Conference on the subject of web design for non-profits. In conjunction with one of my clients, we outlined a simple and inexpensive web strategy for non-profit organizations. In theory any organization can create a professional website that provides value without spending a lot of money.
I am a self-taught designer and coder. I started reading tutorials in 2004 so I could build a website for a movie I made. Youtube wasn't around then. I suppose if it was, I might not know how to code. For 99% of my projects I use Wordpress and a combination of HTML, CSS, and PHP.
